The little princess
had an awful night,
she tossed and turned
from left to right.
But tonight she
will sleep at ease -
she made the prince promise
to use mushy peas.

I do like a comfortable bed!
The princess bed is cute! Take care, enjoy your day and have a happy new week!
How precious! You come up with the cutest ideas. I like your bracelets too. I wear beaded bracelets like yours all the time...even hiking!
Absolutely brilliant!xxx
So cute! Hugs.
What a brilliant idea. I love the crocheted mattresses and your bracelets too! xx
LOVE it Amalia, thanks for sharing on craft schooling sunday!
That looks a very comfortable bed!
Best wishes

That is so cute. I love all those little crocheted blankets.
I'm glad the princess will have a more comfortable night now. Love the blankets, ladders and pea:)
that is too cute, I just love how you embroidered the pillows and the little blankets you crocheted, that latter is very creative!
Oh, this is darling, Amalia. All those wee blankets, and that little tin for a bed as well. I used to love those little tins when I was a kid. I could imagine using them for so many things........and the Band Aid tins. ; )
Have a sweet June week.

I found this story quite disturbing when I was a kid, I think it was the "delicate princess" narrative that just felt a bit off. I wasn't even a little bit delicate as a child :-D
However I think your little princess with her comfy bed in a tin is super cute and your poem made me laugh out loud!
So sweet!! Hello Kitty is a favorite at our house, so it was fun to see her all curled up!! xo
So cute...Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by!! I hope you are having a great week!!!
Hugs,
Deb
This is delightful Amalia :-) When I was a little girl I had a tiny doll that fitted in a matchbox. I made it into a bed for her, with sheets and a pillow.
Awww! Too cute!
Love all those little crocheted blankets.
Hugs and blessings, Amalia.
...I remember this fairy tale well.
As always, so delightful! Love the crochet~
I love the homemade items you made and the cute poem.
I had to laugh as it's so cute. Ah yes I remember the fairy tale.
haha for mushy peas! They should be banned imo tee hee. Hannah tosses and turns so much it drives me scatty when she sleeps on the couch with me. I pity any future prince in her life ;)
What a lovely idea
Oh yes... very nice The Princess and the Pea...
great! Many greetings to you.
What a very cute idea! I just found your blog again through one of your comments on one of my old blog posts. Glad to reconnect!

So cute. Princess will love her comfortable bed.
A very sweet display of this fairytale! It always fascinated me as a child as to how she would feel that pea under so many mattresses ;) Thank you for your birthday wishes!
Mushy peas? The prince would have my heart, I love mushy peas, lol! Very sweet photos of this fairy tale and poem Amalia.
I used to collect Hello Kitty items when I was young. Still have some HK stickers. Thanks for the visit!
So, so charming! How could the princess not be comfy with all those pretty crochet blankets.
So cute ...
A lovely post.
All the best Jan
Mushy peas, that shouldn't bother the little princess...especially in that comfy bed. Karen (Back Road Journal)
ah that is so very cute Amalia.
Lovely❗
I love it. My dad use to read me the story about the Princess and the Pea when I was a little girl, thank you for the memories today too.

Hello dear Amalia,
and sorry for getting back to you so late. I currently have several projects that keep me busy and I rarely blog. But today I manage at least a few blog visits.
So adorable, your little princess bed arrangement and your poem to go with it. The idea of using mushy peas for the princess is awesome 😍

It`s amazing here, dear Amalia and I`m glad for the Barbie, which find a new bed. But your poem ist the best again.

I do love this so much! Maybe especially because RH always fusses at me for thinking I am this persnickety princess.
