Beautiful pictures, Amalia, and you summed it up perfectly! Oh, the food, the people, the views ..... it looks like you had a fantastic holiday! Hugs, Barbara xx
Gorgeous pictures ! My mouth is watering, my brain is dreaming, and my heart is singing, as we're heading to Provence in two weeks from now (Fontvieille, close to Arles and Les Baux de Provence. YAY :D
I LOVE Provence! So glad you did too..love the photo of the young woman w/ the Littles..so natural.. a true pleasure..Nadine..we went to Fontvielle..Les Baux etc..:) Provence is just so perfectly pretty.:)You captured it beautifully.
I have been waiting for this post and it did not disappoint! I hope you have a fabulous time my friend and thank you for sharing all the pretty with us! xo
Always love seeing the places you visit through your eyes Amalia! I have to admit, the picture with the children and the young woman crouched behind the motorbike was a stunning photo, just the raw emotion you captured there! Loved seeing the beautiful bay, the gorgeous food, and the quaint views. Truly a delight for your heart I know! Enjoyed your pictures so very much :)
Liebe Amalia, von Herzen wünsche ich Dir schöne Pfingstfeiertage! In Frankreich lässt es sich gut leben und Urlaub machen. Ein herzlicher Sonnengruß... von Heidrun
Your photography is also a delight! And France is wonderful indeed. My daughter speaks of moving to that country. But I do hope she'll change her mind (she's almost 13 now) :-)
Bom dia, excelente seleção de fotos com o belo mar azul que é encantador, assim como, as restantes fotos urbanas, a fotorreportagem está perfeita. Feliz semana, AG
I’ve heard so many good reports about Provence and your beautiful photos make me want to visit. What are those lovely looking cakes/buns in photo number 15? Love the quirky last photo :-)
I hope you do get to go, Jeanie, it is a special place. You only see the nice things as a visitor but even knowing that I left thinking that they really knew how to live there.
I have a special fondness for that photo as well. We were having our morning coffee when we saw a group of kindergarten children walking by. One of the teacher grabbed four of the boys and they hid behind the corner for a bit of fun. The others stopped, puzzled, and it was like watching a little movie unfold. And then a guy arrived and parked his motorcycle there and the scene was perfect.
I love this part of the world as well. I think that it joins the casual beauty of the Mediterranean with a touch of European elegance in a most perfect way.
Oh my goodness! Thank you for sharing the beautiful photos from your trip and letting me live vicariously through you ;) Blessings, Cecilia @My Thrift Store Addiction
I don't know if I'll ever get there, but this moment, your photos give me a wonderful sense of it. You've shown me things that I would go look for. Merci!
Qui, je t'aime France:) The picture with the group of little boys is too cute!! Also love the statue of the red white and blue candy:):) Many thanks for sharing the Province with All Seasons,! Enjoy your week!

Spectacular photos, Amalia! You've captured the essence perfectly. I hope to get to that part of France someday! I'll be featuring your post at Best Of The Weekend tomorrow night! Thanks for sharing!
Sometimes blogs need some verbiage to explain what we're seeing, but in this case, the pictures speak for themselves, and appropriately loudly. Provence in pictures - stunning!
Beautiful photos! Your pictures of France look like everything I'd expect France to be. Now I want to go there too (adds to growing list of places to visit one day). I am looking forward to Le Tour de France next month - I love watching for the bike racing but especially for the scenery.

Are you free in four weeks time? Pack your bags, my friend, we're going again.
The cakes are called Tarte Tropezienne. You see them all over - they are a cream-filled brioche. They are huge and sweet and heavenly :-)
I hope you do get to go, Jeanie, it is a special place. You only see the nice things as a visitor but even knowing that I left thinking that they really knew how to live there.
