A World of Candy

Wouldn't' it be dandy
if the world was made of candy?
and everyone you meet
would just be nice and sweet?

I'd live in this world
with my teddy and doll,
and my good friend the dentist
will take care of us all.

Featured: we are celebrating
the holiday of Purim today.
This holiday is rich in tradition
and one of the most important customs
is to give and receive a lot of candy.
We made these candy containers out of disposable cups.

What could really happen if every weapon was a candy? Important custom indeed and a occasion to ponder the question of love and the manifestation of love in this world full of hate.
Thanks for leaving this lovely message Amalia!

Such a neat way to celebrate this holiday, I did a bible study on Esther, amazing way God worked through her.

The heart-shaped ones are a savory treat that is a great favorite with kids here, a peanut butter-flavored snack. I think the heart shaped ones were a special edition for Valentine's Day but they worked for me :-)

Dearest Amalia, this poem is wonderful... I love the light words. The fun and contagious soulfulness. And the paperwork is beautiful. It remember me to our German Pumuckl. Do you know Pumuckl?
