A nice day out exploring
can never be boring
when the sky is blue
and there is much to do.
You while away the hours
listening to the flowers
as they talk to the bees
with friendship and ease.
You watch the wind tease
the fallen leaves
or ruffle the trees
with a cooling breeze.
You raise you face
to the sun's embrace
and know no better way
and know no better way
to spend an April day.
♡

Hi Amalia. Your photos are beautiful and show off your world in springtime. It may look something like that here next month....I hope! We woke to a dusting of snow this morning which has since melted but it is a cool week here. I wish you a beautiful week ahead. xx Pam

Amalia, I'm always amazed at how you capture the very essence of life around you so perfectly that one feels as though they're right there beside you, enjoying it all. Your poems are the icing on the cake. xo
Curious about the dish with the asparagus, and the name of the "kever" in your first capture! A vineyard ... so I can imagine, France? (this is how it looks around where I live) Many thanks Amalia for sharing all these lovelies and sharing the critters in the pink flower with All Seasons! And also for your kind comment:)

Lovely photos and whatever that is with the eggs on top looks amazing! :)
Oh, what a glorious Spring day out for you. Oh my, that delicious looking plate of food is mouth watering! Again, the funnest of poems!
I only use the one all-purpose lens, yet to venture into the field of specialized lenses.
I fully expect to wilt during the summer but I'll try :-)
I love the green as well, all the more for knowing that it will soon turn brown.
Yes, that was surprisingly delicious. It said lentil salad on the menu so we did not expect this extravagant creation.
At Hatishbi, just outside Zichron. And yes, it was good :-)
Yes, that was a kever. Well spotted! But why it was shaped like a horseshoe I could not work out.
And wouldn't we love to have you with us, Kim.
We visited a national park where they added some archaeological finds rescued from other sites. It makes the walk all the more interesting.
You'll be so very welcome but I must warn you that an expert on insects I am not :-)
Thank you Marilyn! The little squares around the salad are Halloumi bites. I've since tried making them at home, it is a revelation.
Thank you, dear Dewena. The dish is a lentil salad, I never knew lentils could be made into such an extravagant creation.
I'm sitting here with a happy smile after reading your comment, Brenda, thank you.
That is so nice! I hope they like it.
