The (Almost) Sunny Bunny

The night is settling
and Millie goes to bed -
she pushes the pillow
up over her head.

The day will come soon
the light bright and sunny,
and Millie is NOT
a morning bunny.

Featured: A little friend
with an appreciation for that
first cup of coffee.

You've just reminded me about that first cup of coffee. It's either that or back to bed with a pillow over my head.

I love her flowery ears and buttons, I never use to be an early riser but now that I am getting older I tend to be :)

Too bad Bitsy isn't a morning bunny. That's my favorite part of the day. Such a cute felt bunny, Amalia. I love her pink color.

She's pink, she's cute and who doesn't need a cup of coffee (or tea) to help them wake up in the morning.

All the best Jan

Bitsy is very cute, and like many of us, not necessarily a morning girl. What a sweet poem Amalia. xx

Milly is sweet and pink. I don't drink coffee, but I know people who crave that first cup in the morning. (Thankfully, not my husband.)

Millie worked so hard cleaning house last time, she deserves to sleep in -- and to enjoy that good cup of coffee at her leisure! (I do that and I don't even have the excuse she does ))

Millie is very sweet. I'm a morning person at this time of year. I enjoy a black strong coffee with my breakfast.

Your adorable creations always make me smile each week! And the verses are always cute, too!
Please tell me that you make them into a children's book--I know it would be wonderfully received!

Thanks for being part of 'My Corner of the World' this week!
