Double, Double, Toil and Trouble

Little Ned is in trouble,
(yes, he's done it again)
he is stuck on a tree
and it's beginning to rain

He climbed up the tree,
going really quite high,
because he had this idea
of touching the sky.

He's still hanging there,
wearing shorts and a frown -
could someone please come
and help Ned get down?

Featuring: Poor Ned
and his castle.

Adorable Ned, and with a castle to boot. Maybe you need to stitch a little fireman (or woman) to come to the rescue!

Yep, if we want to touch the sky, we might get rained on. But I like Ned, at least he went on an adventure, as some of his friends never thought of trying:)Love the thoughts behind your poem, Amalia! Thanks for sharing them with All Seasons, Jesh

I love Ned's castle! I want a round top front door like his and pretty curtains in the upstairs windows! What's with this tree business, Ned, when you have a castle of your own?
