Turn Off the Dark

We came home one evening
from playing in the park
and turned on the lights
to chase away the dark.

Where the dark went
I could not explain,
but the very next evening
there it was - again!

Sending you my yuletide wishes
for a holiday fun and delicious.

I think there was an error in my comment ... let's go again ...
I love this little snail!!! What a scare I got when it dawned! My husband stops the car to cross some animals like turtles, and on walks he always stops to cross small animals like snails, caterpillars, spiders ... I loved this little snail and its small, but long (for him) story
