A little dog has woken up
with a heart just filled with dread.
he doesn't like to see the vet,
cannot face the day ahead.
His temperature may be going up,
he can feel his aching head;
all things considered,
it is best to stay in bed.

Love your new friend! It's just adorable!
Hello, I hope the doggie feels better. Vet visits are not fun. Love the cute doggie and poem.
Wishing you a happy day and a great weekend!
This is seriously so cute. I am guessing you didn't use a store bought pattern? I need to copy this!
What a sweet little poem for a sweet little dog! You are inspiring me to get out sewing machine and fabric stash and get creative. :)
Que fofinho!!!
You made the cutest stuffed dog Amalia!
What an adorable dog that is.
He's gorgeous - love the floral fabric patches and the poem is lovely too. xx
Ha! He's totally sweet. And I can relate.
Awww, he's so sweet. You make the cutest stuff!
I don't blame the little doggy for his dread - I feel much the same if I have to visit the doctor or the dentist. He's a brave sweetheart!
Awww this is so cute and reminds me of my little dachshund Buddy. He really is a cutie.
Hugs,
Kris

Adorable! I'm slightly partial to anything related to doggies :)
Poor little dog!!! So cute and so fearful! :) I loved him!
Poor doggy, I know your feeling from your eyes.
Take some more rest!
Such a cute little doggie and sweet poem too:)
But he looks SO happy! All's right with his world.
Sweet little doggie and poem. I love your creativity, Amalia
Greetings Amalia, I hate going to the doctor also so I know how the little dog feels. Very sweet poem.
Hugs Diane
And I thought he was so serenely smelling the flower...
Very cute! :)
What an adorable little doggie! I hope he gets over his anxiety soon :)
Feel free to share at My Corner of the World
CUTE!!! Oh! I do love your creativity my friend.

Amalia - perhaps little doggie feels the same way about the vet that I experience when considering a trip to the dentist! Far prefer putting my head under the pillow and staying in be! Thanks for linking to Mosaic Monday!
That could so be my Boxer. She loathes the car and only ever goes in it when she has to go to the vet! I think she would much rather stay in bed ;)
...cute little pooch.
Quiet time in a cosy kennel,
Herbal tinctures, perhaps some fennel?
Tummy rubs, a little pet,
May be enough to avoid the vet?
;-) Another gorgeous make of yours Amalia!
That little doggy is so cute, and so is the poem. It sounds like Archie when he has to go to the vet.
Cute little doggie. I like the poem.
Awww, he's too cute to have anxiety!
Your title: a new friend with anxiety issues" makes me smile. Don't know that before I retired I worked as a psychologist? I've seen a lot of doggies like this, and actually much worse:) Many thanks for bringing this reality to All Seasons' spectrum, Amalia, but in a fun way! Have an anxiety free week!
I hope your guy is feeling better today. That's he's smelling the flowers like your cute doggy of a doll.
Ahhh, utterly adorable!xxx
Both are cute, the little dog and your sweet poem! That dog remind me a similar dog my dear Grand made to me when I was young.Sweet remembrances!
Another adorable stuffed doggie! This poem can be applied to both children and adults!
Awww! Super adorable!
he is adorable just like the poem
So, so cute! Hugs and blessings, Cindy
Fun poem! Our cat is going to see the vet today. She's not happy. :-(
So cute and I'm with the little doggie, today is raining so I'd love to be in bed.

Have a nice timme!
Darling little dog. The poem is sweet. i hope he feels better soon.
This is a sweet project!
so sweet Amalia, thanks for sharing on craft schooling Sunday!
Amalia, that is the cutest little hand made doggy. It looks like a dachshund. I used to have a brown dachshund growing up named Cinnamon, and he was my favorite dog. Such a creative little soft animal you made.
I hope you have joyful March days, Amalia.
~Sheri
The doggie reminds me of my Fritzi when I was little. Lately I'm see people walking more dachshunds. Maybe they are becoming more popular. - Margy
A sweet little doggie and an equally sweet poem. I hope little doggie is well now. Wishing you a happy weekend Amalia :)
Your little dog is so sweet,
I'm cheering him to the vets
Away from his bed retreat
To be well before sun sets! xx
I like this dog's happy face.
Simpático perrito, el que has puesto en la fotografĂa.

He's so lovely. No dog really likes going to the vet do they? They just seem easier to persuade than cats who obviously sense what is coming and disappear hours before you need to leave!
He is adorable!
He is so cute! Anna x
Hi Amalia! The sweet puppy, feels just like us! hahahaha!
I feel kind of like that little doggy as I read the news about the virus epidemic I hope we all stay well!
