I woke up suddenly
in the middle of the night,
I heard some noises
and they gave me a fright.
I drew up the blanket
and buried my head,
and I'm never ever looking
under the bed.

Such yummy colors in the blanket! And sweet little fingers and toes! I'm smiling and not worrying about what's under the bed. Most likely only dust.
The blanket is gorgeous, as are your nephews. I'm currently making a granny square blanket with a bag of scraps I found in a cupboard. I can tell that it's been a while since I crocheted because my wrist is really hurting! :o) xx
I'm a new follower to your charming blog, Amalia. This blanket is gorgeous, and so beautifully photographed with your nephews. Love the poem, too. :)
Wonderful colours in your new blanket, and your nephews are adorable :)

The scariest thing under my bed is probably dust bunnies lol! Those sweet nephews are adorable. Love the colors in your afghan. So pretty.
Have a great week.
xoxo
The blanket is lovely with all those bright colours - perfect for hiding away from the monsters under the bed. Those two nephews are the stars, though - such sweet darlings.
Looks like they love the blanket!
Such a lovely, happy blanket :) Makes me want to use up all my yarn scraps ! THANKS for the inspiration, my friend, and I'm so grateful for your kind comment on my blog XOXOXO

I am not sure which is the best, the blanket or the children, but they make a great package together.

Your nephews are having fun under the blanket, Amalia. And this is one of the prettiest blankets I've seen, with such vibrant colors. My granddaughter loves it when her uncle puts the blanket above her head - she giggles every time. : )

Love the blanket with all these legs sticking out:) Nephews are great - when they're young they are cute, and when they get older they can help you with things like moving heavy objects, etc. A lovely share of your life with All Seasons, Amalia. Hope you are doing well yourself too? Have a terrific week!

When my grandmother died, I inherited all her yarn. I made 4 granny square afghans to give to her great-grand-children using the yarn.

The new blanket is so lovely and the kids adorable! You make me ashamed that I have not been productive at all this year. Better things ahead I hope.

I'm so glad to see you at 'My Corner of the World' this week!

Amalia, as adorable as the kids are, they would not be allowed to play with my handiwork! If I ever crocheted a blanket, I'd have to frame it and hang it on the wall--because it would probably be the only one I ever made, it would take me so long! :D
Greetings Amalia, your blanket is so pretty and your nephews are certainly having a lot of fun playing under it.
Hugs Diane
...my granddaughters love to cover up with a blanket too!
Your blanket is gorgeous and so are those lovely boys.
Both the blankets and the nephews are adorable.

Love the colours. My mother loved making granny square afghans until she was in her mid-90s. I have so many wonderful ones, but they are almost all single colour ones. - Margy
