Wake Up!

The garden's in chaos,
things are quite bad
and Spring slumbers on
snoring like mad.

A snail hurries over
and gives Spring a shake,
planning, if needed
to bribe him with cake.

"Wake up, wake up
you have to see reason -
Winter is leaving
and we don't have a season!"

Spring jumps and mutters:
"Sorry! Sorry my dear,
nobody told me
I'm on early this year."

Featured: a little sampler
about to become a little shopping bag.

An adorable sampler that will have more adventures as a shopping bag - of that I am sure :)! I dream of gardens in bloom and according to the temperatures here (it's 16 Celsius today), it'll arrive soon!

The line that a Snail gives Spring a shake really makes me laugh! And as always an ingenious handmade creation from you! Here, Spring must be confused, because when looking out the window, there is snow on my deck (balcony)!
Many thanks for linking to ALL SEASONS! (Hope you know that the requirement, that a photo has to be from the same season, has been done away with, a few weeks ago, since that maybe too hard for people who have long winters). Have a lovely week:)

LOL this just made me laugh when I saw it, so darn cute! But here Spring has been coming early off and on. We have 2-3 days of 55-60+ degrees ( not normal for our area ) then we drop down to the 30's and have snow, then we go back up again....I have daffodils ready to come into bloom a month early...everything is very confused! :)

Haha! Lovely verse!
Except here it is supposed to be Autumn but Summer's hanging on. My garden is also a bit chaotic as the summer crops are dying off and being harvested to make room for new autumn plantings that I am eager to do.
This week I prepared a new bed for some Sweet Peas. They need to be planted before St Patrick's Day for best blooming. Their perfume is so sweet and I am looking forward to their delights this year.
