Date Delights

I made these date delights rolled in coconut
from a simple and reasonably healthy recipe

I used some of them for a small hostess gift
wrapped in a box I folded from an old calendar
points for recycling to me :-)

Saving some for you, and a kiss of course

Maybe you could post the recipe. This looks like something we could all enjoy and still be a healthy treat. Ingenuous packaging!

That's a good idea.
I'm going to try a variation of the recipe this weekend and then I'll post - with insights! :-)
