In our park
there is a friendship bench,
so chic and neat
you’d think it was French.
A sweet little doll
sat at its end,
she’s new in the area,
in need of a friend.
Along came another
doll wearing blue,
she passed by the bench
and sat down too.
They started talking
and after a while,
I’m sure that I saw
the new doll smile.
