Never ever been a sun worshipper but this yr., I have a better tan than I ever have had, just from working in the yard. But with that said, I love to go out from time to time to connect with the earth, the sun, the magic and just lay out on the sidewalk and soak the rays in. Only takes a min or two to recharge me.
