Amelia... as I was reading your poem, these words (written below) just came to me.. I love your poetic stories and beautiful creations, you are so talented!
A mess in a dress, a damsel in distress 'tis quite a disgrace Can Mother just add lace?
Me too -- sometimes I just feel like making a mess and never cleaning it up@ Your embroidery is whimsical and fun -- I love this. The innocence and beauty and wonder of childhood!!
Dearest Amalia, I was far sure to have left here a comment of mine, but I'm mistaken, forgive my belated visit! Sometimes we all make mess, don't worry :)! But I don't believe you're able to do a mess, you're such a talented Lady. Sending hugs and more hugs to you Xx Dany (Daniela at ~ My little old world ~)
Dear Amalia, thank you for visiting - always great to"see"s. you and visit yours. I don't even have to try to make a mess - somehow I always make one, haha. Love the small round where you embroided on. Have a lovely Saturday!
Yep, making a mess is an essential part of the creative process. But when I am done creating, I can't resist the urge to tidy up! Quaint, adorable embroidery!
I love how you took the bits and pieces of other embroidery to gather into this cute wall hanging. Making a mess seems to be part of the creative process - bringing order to the chaos perhaps? I know I certainly relish that feeling.
That is such a happy wall hanging, Amalia.
