A little dog has woken up
with a heart just filled with dread.
he doesn't like to see the vet,
cannot face the day ahead.
His temperature may be going up,
he can feel his aching head;
all things considered,
it is best to stay in bed.

Amalia - perhaps little doggie feels the same way about the vet that I experience when considering a trip to the dentist! Far prefer putting my head under the pillow and staying in be! Thanks for linking to Mosaic Monday!

ReplyDeleteAmalia, that is the cutest little hand made doggy. It looks like a dachshund. I used to have a brown dachshund growing up named Cinnamon, and he was my favorite dog. Such a creative little soft animal you made.

He's so lovely. No dog really likes going to the vet do they? They just seem easier to persuade than cats who obviously sense what is coming and disappear hours before you need to leave!
