A little boy
wanted to see
how many birds
could swim in the sea.
His father said
with a twinkling eye:
"about as many fish
as can fly in the sky."
♡
Featured: after days of proper winter
we are enjoying clear skies
and much appreciated sunshine.

ReplyDeleteHi,
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun collection of photos. Tell me about the pile of wood? Do you use it for cooking, heat or just to enjoy a fire outside on the patio?
My parents burn wood to heat their home. We have a bakery in town that burns wood to bake bread in a huge oven. And we love to have camp fires to sit around and share stories.
Now that was a clever poem...it made me smile. :) Looks like you enjoyed the day to the fullest.
