Did you hear about my naughty doll?
she got into an argument for no reason at all;
another doll pushed her and made her fall,
and I had to step in to stop the brawl.

They're georgeous and have such sweet personalities...did your niece design them??
ReplyDeleteShe inspired the one on the right and did some of the stitching. The other two are all me.
DeleteThe lamp is aged and hand painted by me and is wood... The shade is a barrel shade and I cut the length of the barrel and about a couple of inches extra in width of Linen, I wash the fabric and toss in the dryer with other liked fabric so the edges will fray and the fabric will wrinkle in a relaxed way, then I stitch the fabric around the wire at the jointed spots.... Such an easy shade to make.
ReplyDeleteThank you dear for questioning...
I have posted a new post, see you soon.
Xx
Dore

Hello Dear Friend,
ReplyDeleteI am still catching up. :-))) I love this poem and the dolls.
My son is finally better. Now my oldest son has been battling Autumn allergies. The news reports say because of all the forest fires the air is heavy and we have so much junk stuck in the air.
Hope you are feeling better and enjoy your weekend.
