    Those must be really wonderful teabag envelopes - you made such beautiful origami flowers with them. Amalia, I thought they were fabric quilt blocks, LOL. Love your very clever poem! I immediately starting thinking about seeing puffins dive and flying fish fly.

    These are just beautiful Amalia, and I love the sentiment too. My daughter in law is Japanese, and used to make lovely jewelery from origami cranes, but that is on hold as she has a one year old! She has actually now got into crochet. I think she would enjoy your lovely blog.

    Isn't that clever? At first I though your flowers (or stars?) were made of fabric with the english-paper piecing method. In any cases, they are gorgeous. Amazing.

    Amalia you have been visiting my blog and leaving such kind comments over the months ... thank you! And now I have read back for the past little while through your most recent posts in trying to catch up with yet another beautiful blogger. I loved the photos of Scotland with all their hills, lochs & ruins. Your tour through Kibbuts Regavim I found even more interesting. It seems everyone has the same idea there ... beat the heat! Such inventive ways to relax in the shade and cool down. Your niece is a cutie, and the shot of her playing on the worn piano is delightful!
