On a Sunny Day

I woke up suddenly
in the middle of the night,
I heard some noises
and they gave me a fright.

I drew up the blanket
and buried my head,
and I'm never ever looking
under the bed.

Featured: one new blanket
and two adorable nephews.

Such yummy colors in the blanket! And sweet little fingers and toes! I'm smiling and not worrying about what's under the bed. Most likely only dust.

The blanket is gorgeous, as are your nephews. I'm currently making a granny square blanket with a bag of scraps I found in a cupboard. I can tell that it's been a while since I crocheted because my wrist is really hurting! :o) xx

The blanket is lovely with all those bright colours - perfect for hiding away from the monsters under the bed. Those two nephews are the stars, though - such sweet darlings.

Love the blanket with all these legs sticking out:) Nephews are great - when they're young they are cute, and when they get older they can help you with things like moving heavy objects, etc. A lovely share of your life with All Seasons, Amalia. Hope you are doing well yourself too? Have a terrific week!

When my grandmother died, I inherited all her yarn. I made 4 granny square afghans to give to her great-grand-children using the yarn.

Amalia, as adorable as the kids are, they would not be allowed to play with my handiwork! If I ever crocheted a blanket, I'd have to frame it and hang it on the wall--because it would probably be the only one I ever made, it would take me so long! :D

Greetings Amalia, your blanket is so pretty and your nephews are certainly having a lot of fun playing under it.
