A Nice Day Out

A little boy
wanted to see
how many birds
could swim in the sea.

His father said
with a twinkling eye:
"about as many fish
as can fly in the sky."

Featured: after days of proper winter
we are enjoying clear skies
and much appreciated sunshine.

Hi,
What a fun collection of photos. Tell me about the pile of wood? Do you use it for cooking, heat or just to enjoy a fire outside on the patio?
My parents burn wood to heat their home. We have a bakery in town that burns wood to bake bread in a huge oven. And we love to have camp fires to sit around and share stories.

Ah what a nice day! It's here nice to - the sun is shining for a nice walk in the snow:) Even nicer after being without electricity for almost 2 days, it was just restored, so I could see your lovely post for All Seasons - many thanks! It will be a while before it will look like this, because of the extra rain and snow everything is soaking wet and little streams coming down from the mountains!
